Large studio in best neighbourhood

Chiado 4 is located at 10, Travessa Joao de Deus, groundfloor, in the desirable Chiado quarter, the heart of Lisbon, a trendy, vivid fashionable part of town. Location is unbeatable: within minutes walking distance you will find all types of restaurants, fado houses, luxury shops, latest fashion bars, clubs, theatres, supermarkets, neighbourhood grocery stores and small cafes. The flat is a great starting point to discover Lisbon: many points of interest are just outside the front door and within 3 to 5 minutes walk you will find Baixa/Chiado Metro Station, the famous 28 tram stops and the railway station to Sintra. Railway station to Estoril/Cascais beaches is 10 minutes walking distance. Chiado 4 is a large open space studio in a building that breathes character. Fully refurbished by the owner architect in 2012, renovation highlighted the charisma of the apartment, reflected in its ceilings with brick arches, 18th Century tiles or the massive front door. Low exposure to natural light was ingeniously compensated for by unique lightning solutions. Attention to detail during renovating matches the refined decoration. The final result is a space with unique ambiance, versatility, elegance and coziness. This studio can accommodate up to 4 people. The whole apartment is a large open space. Separated leisure, sleeping and meals areas were achieved through imaginative architectural and decoration solutions. The kitchen area is modern and well equipped. Bathroom is small but functional.
