Ideal for fans of bullfighting given the proximity to the Plaza de Toros de la Maestranza. Also noteworthy is the short distance to the Teatro de la Maestranza. Ideal for visiting Seville during Semana Santa and just fifteen minutes from the Feria de Abril venue. The loft has a spacious open living room with high ceilings and an integrated kitchen. All in all, a comfortable place to rest in a strategic location. The loft has two exclusive access courtyards for our guests. We have a crib and highchair available for children. Among the most representative buildings near the Loft are the bullring of the Maestranza and the theater of the same name. They are located two minutes from the Guadalquivir River, a river of great importance for the city and through which they can walk quietly. Although given its location that makes it not necessary to travel by any means of transport, being in the historic center, there are only a minute's walk from a tourist bus stop where you can get to know the city. At the same stop, you have the possibility to hire a river trip along the Guadalquivir River. There is also a Bluemove stop in the area where you can rent a tour. For athletes , there are a wide variety of businesses nearby where you can rent bicycles, electric scooters, and segways and hire tour guides. There is a public parking lot nearby where you can leave your car. If your arrival is through the airport of Seville you can arrive by taxi or bus EA(airport service).The bus will leave you at the Plaza de Armas and arrive on foot in about 10 minutes. Estamos tomando precauciones especiales para desinfectar nuestro espacio debido a la pandemia y nos hemos comprometido a cumplir el protocolo de limpieza avanzada. Es un apartamento muy luminoso, situado en el corazón del barrio de Santa Cruz. A escasos metros de la Catedral de Sevilla y de los Reales Alcázares. Su decoración hace del apartamento un lugar único y muy acogedor. Estoy disponible para todo lo que mis huéspedes necesiten. El apartamento se encuentra en el barrio de Santa Cruz, a escasos metros de los principales monumentos de la ciudad de Sevilla.
