The house is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Seville, next to the main park of the city and the Plaza de España. It is very cosy and nice, with sunny terraces full of plant life where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast or a pleasant read. The rooms, all carefully maintained, are well-equipped. B&B Nice penthouse with terrace and sun

Next to the Plaza de España and Mª Luisa park. It has two bedrooms one with a king size bed, another with 4 beds, two of them can join if there are 4 of them, extendable beds. Bathroom and terrace 50 meters, with table and chairs . There is also an extra fee. Adding a total of 7 seats.
