Our Little Farmhouse

This 1920's treasure holds nearly 100 years of special memories for our family. It has recently been lovingly renovated and restored and is very comfortable. Much of the original shiplap, beaded-board, and heart pine floors have been retained and restored, as well as much of the original exterior and front porch. There are two bedrooms and two baths downstairs. Upstairs offers a loft play area and a small bedroom with two twin beds. This home is located just 5 minutes from downtown Laurel.

The 2 bedroom, 1 bath cabin has an open floor plan in the den and kitchen, a queen size bed in the master bedroom and twin beds in the second bedroom, with a roll-away daybed available. A pack n play is available upon request. The bathroom is handicapped accessible. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, full size refrigerator and microwave. There is no dishwasher. There is a flat screen tv in both the den and the master bedroom with Directv. We have WIFI available.

Shalom.......Shalom is a biblical word with several meanings wholeness, completeness, soundness, health, safety and prosperity, carrying with it the implication of permanence. we wanted a biblical name for our latest Airbnb and this is what we found. It's a beautiful home nestled on a dead end road and with a gorgeous little front yard. It's a really nice place and I hope you enjoy it as much as we have.
