Comfortable attic in Sauerland

We rent out our lovingly developed attic, which was inhabited by our daughter. In a room, on the one hand, there is a cozy sleeping corner with a double bed and a brand new TV, in the rest of the room you will find a sitting area with a sofa and an armchair and a desk. We have also installed a new WiFi. In a small fridge you can keep food cool. Kettle is also available. A fan for heat is available. The room is designed with laminate. If necessary, a visitor mattress or a cot can be added! You share the bathroom with us, which is certainly not a problem. Towels are provided. The room is in our large and open-plan single-family building. Of course, our kitchen, which is equipped with everything you need and the large dining table in the living area with fireplace, can of course be used. I am happy to make guests a breakfast for 5€ per person. In summer you can also sit in our garden and in front of the door is a private parking space. The location is ideally suited for hiking, but it is also a 5-minute walk to a bus stop that will take you to downtown Lüdenscheid in 10 minutes. The sauna village can be visited there, among other things. Not far away is a really good restaurant (to be reached on foot)

Eine gemütliche helle Wohnung erwartet euch hier, die ihr mit mir und meiner Hündin teilen dürft. Die Wohnung liegt in eine ruhige aber zentrale Lage von Hagen. Die Fern Uni ist nur 10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Studenten der Fernuni ,Frauen und Mädels sind hier sehr willkommen. Euren Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Single Bett und einem Schreibtisch ausgestattet. . Die offene Küche mit Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer sind geräumig und hell. Das Badezimmer mit Dusche wird geteilt.

Du wirst die friedliche Umgebung dieser gemütlichen Unterkunft nicht so schnell vergessen.😇 Was von außen wie eine Ruine aussieht, wird von innen jeden verzaubern der sich dafür interessiert und sich darauf einlässt. Geschichte zum anfassen und in jeder Ecke etwas zu entdecken. Am Abend könnt ihr Euch dann ins California Kingsize Bett fallen lassen und von Rittern und Sagen träumen. Bitte bedenkt, dass es sich bei der Burg um ein altes Gemäuer ohne Heizung handelt.

Relax in this special and quiet accommodation in beautiful Niedersetzen with your own bathroom and kitchen (incl. little Breakfast) Just a few steps to the forest, but only 5 minutes to City (by car)! The house is in the old village center in a small garden, a terrace with a grill is available. It is over 400 years old and has a flair to match. However, you shouldn't be a giant, the door frames are sometimes very low.
