1860s house on an agricultural estate. Ideal for workers , commuting distance to the wind farm. Pets are allowed! Cottage with fully equipped Kitchen for cooking, as well as garden furniture with outdoor grill, bed linens and towels are available in the cabin, and bicycles that you can borrow. Access to good cycling routes. Shower and toilet. Playground near the cottage. Cribs and baby cots are provided for guests with children. Bathrooms are approximately 1-1.5miles, from the property. 1 mile to Piteå, and 4.5 miles to Luleå. Luleå is 4.5 km.

The Unique Lake Tree House

Unwind in this one-of-a-kind and quiet space. Enjoy the lovely nature all around from the house. Take a swim from the jetty, light the wood-fired sauna by the seaside. Take a ride with the boat. Cook over an open fire. Visit the ocean bath, cozy summer cafe, or farm shop nearby during the summertime. In winter there are dog slopes not far from the house. Adorable seaside guesthouse

Relax and snuggle in this quiet and well-planned accommodation by the sea. The guest house is a separate building on the owner's property with self-catering. Here you live in the middle of nature while reaching Piteå center in 18 minutes by car. To the E4 you only have 4 km and about 25 minutes to Luleå. Car is recommended. Here you can take forest walks, make fire at the barbecue area, dock berries, ski and ice skating during the winter months. Here you also see the northern lights quite often! An idyllic year-round!

House in peaceful environment with wood-burning sauna

Stockfors is a small village north of Älvsbyn. It is centrally located if you want to visit Arvidsjaur, Jokkmokk, Piteå, Boden and Luleå. The driving time is between 45-100 minutes to these resorts. The seasons offer different experiences. Recommend the time of March/April when you can sit outside in the snow and feel the spring sun. It is about 30 km to our largest attraction Storforsen. Europe's largest unbound waterfalls. Forsen is unique. If you want to visit Kåbdalis ski lifts, it is about 1 hour with a car.

Summer stay on a farm!

Come and try staying at a real farm! Directly adjacent to the house there are beef, chickens and a bit away even horses! The ultimate home for those who want to live rural and with animals in the corner! The house is renovated inside spring 2023. In the house there are two bedrooms and one large kitchen, sleeps 6 people one bedroom with one double bed and one bedroom with one bunk bed and one pull-out daybed. Nearby is beautifully located swimming lake with playground as well as a cozy farm shop.

Spacious farmhouse

Between Piteå, Luleå and Älvsbyn is this charming house. Sjulsmark is an old farm village with fine landscapes, with the cities of 25-35km away! Walking distance to the village's 24Food shop, Sunday skiing and cozy Jössgården. Adjacent to the village are two fishing lakes with planted fish, swimming areas and dog sledding. The farmhouse is located in a calm and quiet area with the forest and the snowmobile trail outside the door. Please respect that you do not rent our part of the garden.

This charming house is 2,5 km from Piteå sea bath . Beach access and small boat and jetty . Bicycles are available to borrow. Nice forest trails and bike paths. Large country kitchen with sofa bed for 2 people . Living room with sofa bed and day bed . 2 rooms on the upper floor . Cute bedroom with double bed and combined study and bedroom with nice view. Fully equipped kitchen . New renovated bathroom with shower and washing machine. Bed linen and towels are provided if you wish.
