The apartment was earlier part of our single-family house and is now separated from the back basement rooms by a simple folding door. It is ideally suited for 2 persons. If required, the living room can sleep 2 more (pull-out double bed). Bathroom is accessible through the bedroom. The kitchenette in the living room contains a 2-burner, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and fridge. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture.

Hello everyone, I offer you here my 1 room apartment for 2 people with about 37 sqm as a holiday apartment. The apartment is newly renovated and nicely decorated.
