In the heart of Astarac on the Gers hills, freshly renovated mill that can accommodate 2 people. Very quiet environment with unobstructed views of the countryside and Pyrenees on a clear day. 10 minutes from the Saramon leisure base (swimming lake, games) 20 minutes from AUCH. Numerous hiking trails and bike rides. The mill is located at the back of the renovated farmhouse near the outbuildings with separate access. Limited access to the owners' pool, times to be set together.
