Villa Bilen is a charming villa in Medulin, near Pula, set in a peaceful countryside location, only 2 km from the beautiful sand beach. In its nicely decorated interior can accommodate 4+2 guests. Interior retains plenty of rustic charm with traditional wooden beams. Villa is totally enclosed in a big private garden, surrounded by nature, olive groves and orchards. New apartment,on the first floor in a family house with a separate entrance. New built in 2019. Fully furnished. Šišan is a picturesque village located in southeastern Istria only 3 km from Ližnjan. Its foundation dates back to the beginning of the Roman conquest. Today the inhabitants grow the typical Istrain product such as grapes,olives and farm livestock. Šišan is a small village where to escape from the traffic and city noise,have a wonderful relaxing vacation not far from the seaside.

Knight’s Den studio is bright and airy apartment with smaller bathroom, kitchen and hallway. It is located on the first floor of a residential building just outside the city center in a quiet street along which is a free parking. Due to road construction on the street parallel to ours, parking in front of the building will not be available as before. Guests are advised to find parking in one of the nearby streets. The road construction is expected to be completed in March 2025.
