This rental is a private apartment on the lower half of a large home with it's own entrance. Guests share only the 5 park like acres of river front outdoors. There are also 2 year round streams. The suite is spacious with river and garden views. There is one large bedroom with king bed and queen murphy bed. The living room has a queen futon that folds out into a bed . This apartment is ideal for two persons or a family . Guests enjoy bird watching , fishing., swimming, and hiking. .

Self contained with a private entrance and keys, the unit has a nice personal bathroom with a shower and and a large soaking tub. In a quiet neighborhood, occasional passing trains, are in ear range. 50 acres of national in back yard Forest. Ten minutes in any direction to the lake, mountain or Mt Shasta City & the Sacramento River, Cantara/Box Canyon. Also near Waterfalls & the Mt. Shasta Ski park.
