Nice, fresh "shot yourself" home

Fully equipped apartment located on the edge of Nyhamns Location. Close to the sea where there is a harbor, beach, swimming area and nature reserves. Bicycle path is available around the corner and via it you come north to Mölle, Kullaberg and Krapprup. To the south you can reach Höganäs. If you are interested in fishing, there are good opportunities to fish from the beach. The apartment is a divided biyta in a larger villa. It is its own private entrance and patio door towards the garden. The bathroom has a toilet, a sink, a shower, a washing machine and a dryer.

The house is located in a located and culture protected area in central Landskrona. Parking can be done in the area, but not free of charge BUT costs SEK2/hour 24/7. The apartment is situated on the first floor of a two-family house, where the host couple lives in the apartment above. The area is approximately 74 sqm, divided into kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with double bed as well as two living rooms, of which in one is a sofa bed. The farm lush and inviting and offers several seating areas.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation just 10 minutes from Lund and 20 minutes from Malmö. Here you live safely with proximity to pleasant walking paths and nature. The house has been recently renovated and is therefore in good condition with all amenities such as washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer. Our apartment is located very central in a calm area close to the old city and the center of Malmö. There are many bars, restaurants, shoppings, museums, parks in a short distance walking. Only 5 min walkt to the traen Sub-station of Triangel and from there it takes only 20 minutes to Copenhagen Airport and 35 minutes to the center of Copenhagen in Denmark.
