ESPERIA vacation home

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families, and big groups. Close to the sea and 10 minutes from the city in an old villa from the 19th century. The strength of the WOW effect is the 180° view of the gulf, visible from the entire apartment and from the large terrace. Relax in the large garden and take a walk in the private woods! If you are lucky you will see the deer who live there. The bus stop and free parking are directly under the house.

Secret garden - Apartment with garden view

We have two apartments in the house that has been completely renovated and decorated in 2018 in an old Piran house from 1900. Each apartment is very modern and fully equipped and can host 4 person. It is a last house in a row and has a beautiful Mediterranean garden for rest and socializing. The house was owned by a Slovenian poet and translator Jože Udovič, who hosted important Slovene cultural artists in his garden.
