Incredible Views from a Poolside Oasis

Offering a panoramic view of Stobreč Bay, and river mouth of Žrnovnica, Garden View Villa, just 500 m from nearby beach, offers ravishing view, but also offers comfortable and quiet garden space for private moments. This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Secluded House - Full Privacy - Heated Pool

This house is in a quiet neighborhood, outside of the city but close to it. The panoramic views will allow you to relax to forget about the bustling city life and the noise and stress the cities bring. The house is on a land of 1500 m2 and is 100 m away from the nearest neighbour, which allows you full privacy. In front of the house by the private, heated, panoramic pool, available from the beginning of April to the end of October, there are spacious landscaped, uncovered and covered terraces. Parking free.

My newly renovated Croatian Capacious Villa 190 m away from the sea is in residential, very quiet area of Split and can accommodate up to 9 people in 4 bedrooms + living room. Old town is only 10 min away along most beautiful water Promenade with amazing restaurants and bars. The nearest beach and beach bar are only 200 m away. Large green zone, amazing Sustipan waterfront park and ACI Yacht harbour are 5 mins away by foot. Parking is free in front of the house. Looking forward :)
