Beautiful apartment in a new building in the wine village of Ochsenfurt with a view and balcony. Magnificent river location, right on the Maintal bike path and various hiking trails. A bakery-cafe & a bus stop can be reached on foot in about 4 minutes; a supermarket, the old Main Bridge and the main ferry Nixe in about 10 minutes. In summer temperatures, the Main and the nearby outdoor swimming pool are ideal for swimming. As a special bonus, there is a 10% discount on all fabrics in the house.

The apartment, newly renovated with a lot of passion in 2021, is located on the first floor and can accommodate 5 people. If necessary, we provide a children's travel cot, a high chair is available. Modern studio apartment with kitchen, bathroom and large balcony in a quiet location. In the living room is a pull-out bed with mattress and a pull-out sofa. On both can sleep 2 people comfortably. Kitchen and bathroom are newly renovated and fully equipped. There is a tram stop about 500 meters from the apartment. From there you can drive to the city center in about 10 minutes. Aldi, Lidl, as well as a gas station open 24 hours are about 5 minutes walk.

The 500 year old house was completely renovated in 2021. Enjoy a relaxing evening on the sofa under an elaborately restored stucco ceiling from the Baroque period, take a look at the historical details that can be found throughout the apartment, and feel completely comfortable in the lovingly furnished apartment.
