The apartment complex with indoor swimming pool and sauna in the house, ski and bicycle basement is very quiet and well maintained. Right in front of the house, the bus goes to the mountains. My accommodation is nice for couples also with children and solo adventurers. Fast wifi is available for you for free.

The apartment, spanning 85m², has two bedrooms with double beds, a crib for toddlers, and a sofa bed in the living room. We rent our beautiful “Waldhäuschen” to nature lovers and family communities. On the idyllic, large plot with forest panorama you can enjoy nature. The hiking trails start right outside the front door. The stream is only a few meters away. Therefore, a romantic, relaxing murmur and ripple can be heard in the garden. The sauna invites you to relax, but there is also something for the little ones… including a climbing frame with slide & swing & trampoline ;)

A large bedroom and dining room that starts the small kitchen and newly renovated bathroom. 1.40 m bed, small desk, TV (via internet only) and Wi-Fi. New bathroom with walk-in shower and a lot of space. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine etc. A parking space is not part of the apartment. However, there is a public parking garage (Burgstraße 20) two blocks away for about 10 euros a day.

The house was originally an oil mill, later a sawmill, before drowning in the last decades. In 2018, the core renovation and relocation to the residential building took place. Fortunately, the character of the old saw could be preserved by the refurbished exposed beams. The house is located at 900m altitude, the climate is therefore somewhat rougher, in the summer yet very sunny. The location on the Eschach, which invites you to swim in the summer.
