The Miller Hale is the perfect base for exploring, as it is located: -15 min from South Point -20 min from Punalu'u Beach -40 min from Volcanoes National Park -65 miles from Kona Airport -70 miles from Hilo Airport Drive times vary and a good part of the highway is 35 miles per hour. Quiet and peaceful. 1 hour 15 min from Kona and same from Hilo. Best to get supplies in Kona or Hilo as no grocery stores in Na'alehu. Is 40 minutes to the Volcano Ntl. Park and 15 min to the Punaluu Black Sand Beach, 15 min to South Point.
