Half a block from the beach, our home offers incredible amenities. Outdoors you will find a heated pool with a Dakota waterfall, a hot tub, bbq grill, fire pit, loungers, and outdoor shower. We have two balconies and a hammock. The fun doesn’t stop there. Inside the house is extremely spacious and includes a game room, living room with an oversized couch, huge dining table, several secluded hangout areas throughout the house and 3 big screen TVs. Our condo has high ceilings and plenty of room. It is an upper unit condo so please keep in mind that there are two sets of stairs. It is walking distance to several of SPI's best restaurants, Marlin Grocery Store and lots of family-friendly activities. You'll enjoy a great view of the fireworks. Our condo comes with a DESIGNATED BOAT SLIP, lighted fishing pier, swimming pool & designated parking space. Back deck has a BBQ and sunset view. Good for couples, solo adventurers and families.

Come visit my cozy lower unit surrounded by tropical plants. Ground floor unit of house, 1/2 block from beach, beach access at end of street. This unit has 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other has 2 twin beds. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. One bathroom is inside the unit and an additional bathroom is outside the unit by the patio. Up to 2 small dogs (20 lbs and under) are allowed without prior approval. Dogs over 20 lbs must be pre-approved.
