Lovely place in Pispala

A unique and fresh log house in the heart of Pispala. Large windows, as bright as a studio. Air source heat pump with cooling function. There is about 35m2 + loft 16m2. Brunch lunch cafe is located opposite, there is also a K-market and beach nearby. The house is located in a quiet courtyard. There are staircases on the pathways. Wifi. Keypad, Check-in 24h. Sleeping arrangements: 160cm wide double bed and 80cm sofa bed in the cottage. A double bed 140cm wide in the loft and a single bed 80cm wide.

Detached house near the center approx. 180 m2

Idyllic, over 100-year-old wooden house with yard near the center. 3 fireplaces, a simple sauna in the basement, a modern kitchen, and a lush garden in the summer. Great access to the city center, university, and Nokia Arena about 10 mins on foot. Ideal for 4-5 people with their own sleeping area, but the house can accommodate up to 10 people. This is a home for those who love the vibe of an old house. If you think this is a hotel in an old house envelope, I recommend choosing a hotel.

Unique, spacious, 3BR property very near the city center, easily reachable via public transport! Free parking in the yard. This over 100-year-old log house with lake view comprises almost 160m2 on three levels: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a bathtub, sauna, 3 toilets, spacious kitchen, cozy dining room, living room, entrance hall, yard, and terrace. Accommodates 10 guests. There's a bus stop right in front of the house, with frequent buses to the city center, which takes only 6-8 minutes.

House was built in 1952 by my grandparents. It is located in vicinity of Lake Pyhäjärvi. It is excellent place to calm down and rest for a while in midst of spacious yard and garden by yourself or with family. Your pets are welcome too. Please notice that there is no shower in the house. Sauna and woodheated waterpot are for bathing purpose in oldschool Finnish way. You can save money by bringing own duvet cover sets or rent them for 10€/person. We got pillows and blankets for you.

My place used to be an attic of a cow house, but now it is a cozy home with everything you need for modern life. We are situated very close to Nuuksio National Park: mushroom and berry picking is possible close-by. With some luck you can see elks and deers from the terrace. The house easily takes four people, but with with sofas and additional mattresses, a few more. Pets are welcome, if they behave. Sauna is available upon request and for a 20€ fee.
