Perfect location for travelers—close to I-15 and Highway 6/89. Quiet community not meant for loud parties. Private entrance 1-bedroom and 1-bathroom located in a family home with young kids, including an infant. You may hear noise from us sporadically but mostly if we are downstairs. Has everything needed for your trip—USB port lamps, sound machine, mini fridge, microwave, Keurig, paper products, desk/table and chairs, washer, dryer, and on-street parking. Yard is messy due to spouse’s projects

Bring the whole family, where there's lots of room for fun, including Skee Ball! Each bedroom has a flatscreen TV and a queen size bed and an additional full bed in the theater room. Yes! Enjoy some of your favorite movies in our spacious theater room with recliners for all. We also have a private patio where you can grill up some steaks and relax in the hot tub. This basement apartment has a private entrance with plenty of parking on the street, including trailers. No smoking, parties, or pets.

Full basement apartment in newly remodeled home with separate private side access. Roomy living room and kitchen with granite countertops. Newer carpet, paint, white Egyptian cotton sheets, and plush white towels. Super clean and spacious with a beautiful shaded back yard you can enjoy. 17 minutes to BYU campus. Very nice neighborhood. Washer and dryer included for use. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of free parking. Sleeps up to 8. Well sanitized after each use.

Stylish Boho Home Private backyard

A beautiful, private retreat with a private backyard featuring a large mature tree that stands over 100 ft tall, surrounded by a large deck with seating for gatherings of any size. We welcome Small Dogs (sub 35lb) $50/day. This will be billed separately. IMPORTANT: We do not allow parties at this house. We've had some locals rent this space and be very disruptive to our neighborhood. Please book somewhere else if you're looking to throw a party.
