We are located in the heart of the Badlands, only 14 miles south of the Theodore Roosevelt National Park, North Unit, and 65 miles north of the TRNP South Unit. House is located 2 miles north of Lake Audubon, 12 miles east of Garrison, 6 miles from Totten Trail, and 3 miles from boat launches. Canoes for rent, plenty of parking, hunting dogs welcome (please call on other pets.) Currently some exterior grounds construction. Basement is complete.
