Apartment is spacious - with modern bathroom, kitchen facilities, dining area, 2 TV livingrooms, a/c, big windows, beds for 4/5/6 people, a cozy backyard and terrace; all located in a very quite west side area of townhouses. Its 2-6 minutes walk to city center, harbour, railway and buses. Several grocery stores and restaurants 40-80 m away.

Designers house beside the baker in oldtown

In a quiet neighborhood by Pedersgata, this gem lies in the middle of an eldorado of eateries. The house is just the right size, newly renovated and furnished with original furniture classics from Scandinavia. In the house next door, baking is still done the old-fashioned way and on Friday there is a queue to secure the weekend's bread. Here you live close to the center with short distances. The airport bus stops nearby and the boats take you to the fjords with Prekestolen (pulpit rock).

Pulpit Rock 10 minutes to parking. Read the reviews from past guests. The views are striking, the place is sheltered from traffic and noise. Sun until 22:20 on the longest days. Settle down for several days and go on great hikes and mountain peaks from the exit door. Five minutes hike away you can swim in a river with fresh mountain water. Great family apartment on the ground floor with stunning views to Lysefjorden. Closer to the fjord you won't be coming The apartment has a double terrace door onto the mountain. You will have a feeling of being “at sea”, once you enter the apartment. Large bedroom with double bed, with possibility to close down two extra beds if you are many people going to share the apartment. The second bedroom has family bunk with room for two downstairs and one person upstairs.

The building has been through total renovation in 2017 and the apartment appears brand new. It is situated downtown Stavanger centre, walking distance to all the major sights in the city. There is free parking right outside the building, including free electric car charger outlet. Seaside boathouse at Sokn, Stavanger

Naustet is brand new and part of the lake house environment towards Soknasundet. There is a dock with fishing opportunity. Buildings and furniture are made by the renowned architect Espen Surnevik. If you come by boat there is plenty of room for the boat at the pier. Naustet is part of Sokn Gard (see fb) which has many animals you can visit, and the garden has a 5 km hiking trail.
