The house is 250 sqm and has five bedrooms, 12 beds, 2 bathrooms and 1 guest toilet. Large hot tub for 7 people (winter heated), wood-fired sauna on the jetty, electric sauna indoors. When you arrive, it is nicely made with towels, sheets and wood for the sauna. The house has a high standard and optimal floor plan. Perfect for a luxury spa weekend or a creative meeting with the colleagues at the company.

Welcome to Karlsudd, just outside of Vaxholm. This has been a paradise for hundred years with summer villas and permanent residences. Our guest house which is 50m2 is located below the main villa with its own sundeck with bbq, sea view and 300 meters to rocks or beach when you wish to take a swim. Bedroom with double bed and loft with two single beds (The loft is not suitable for children) It is 1.5 km to Bogesund Castle with hiking trails and 4 km to the Golf Club and 1 km to the Vaxholm boats.

Cozy house in the summer idyll Årsta havsbad. Perfect house for spending lovely summer days with walking distance to several beaches, a restaurant, small grocery store and a cafe that won Sm in ice cream. There's also a ferry you can take to the island of Utö. Calm and quiet area where you can really relax and have a cozy time. There is parking in the carport for one car. Spacious house with pool, wood-fired sauna and hot tub, patio and lake view. The lake downstairs has nice cliffs and jumping towers. Five bedrooms with four double beds, one 120 cm bed, sofa bed in living room. Small house with double bed, stargazet tent 19 sqm with five beds. Suitable for events, company events or friends:-) Everyone who should be in the house should be in the booking, there is no price difference if you stay overnight or not.
