Large villa with a magnificent view for rent on Stord. 5 min walk to the city centre and proximity to everything you need, whether shops, sea, mountains, forest or sports facilities. The home has 4 large bedrooms with double beds, 2 bathrooms and one toilet room, newly renovated modern kitchen with everything you would need from equipment, 2 TV rooms, a large dining room and a private playroom/gym. Ute there is a large outdoor kitchen with both gas and charcoal barbecue and sunny patios. Parking for several cars in the yard.

Very great newer single-family home located in a well established and popular residential area just across from Leirvik. From the property has a panoramic view of Leirvik, sea and to mountains. Good sun conditions with late night sun. The place is conveniently furnished on 3 levels and is consistently a good standard. Water-borne heating in the floor. Short distance to playground, kindergartens, schools, shop, great hiking areas, beach beach, sports facilities and Leirvik city center with all service offerings.

The best hotel room in the city ⭐️ Perfect for business when hotels are full! Nice for week commuters and rotary workers. Great value for money! Aesthetically great decorated and newly renovated basement room with a separate bathroom and entrance. New big bed, couch, 65 '' TV with AppleTV with all apps. Coffee maker, coffee/tea, kettle, kettle, fridge and microwave with grill and hot air. 200 meters to boutiques, restaurant, pub, pharmacy and hairdresser. Close to sea, water and hiking areas.

Downtown Villa in idyllic surroundings! In minutes you can walk to grocery store and restaurants. There is a large outdoor area where you can barbecue and enjoy the beautiful sunset in a quiet and sheltered setting. There are lovely hiking opportunities just outside your doorstep. Walking distance to the beach and several good fishing spots. Only 3 minutes drive to Aker Solutions. Electric car? Then you charge for free at the home's charging station!

Johannesbu: The cottage in Melkevik is sheltered and your closest neighbors are a herd of sheep grazing on the hills around the cottage.
