This 2-BR unit is one of 3 in a quiet building with long-term tenants in the other 2-units. The walk-on beach is lovely, the view is breathtaking, from summer heat to winter storms, it is peaceful, serene and some days the sound of the surf, eagles and herons are all you hear. There are many excursions close by including mountain biking, skiing, fishing, boating and hiking. The Valley is nature personified and Kye Bay is a jewel - the breath of sea air in the morning is exhilarating!

Ocean and island view suite

Welcome to our recently updated suite with beautiful views of Quadra Island and the coastal mountains. We are located blocks from the hospital, arenas and 2.5km from downtown and offer guest parking in our driveway. Please note that the suite is in the lower part of our house and is only accessible by a steep set of stairs. We ask that you restrict your noise between the hours of 10pm and 7am. There is absolutely no smoking, vaping or parties allowed in the suite or on the property.
