Only 3 minutes walking distance to the harbour where the ferry Baldur crosses the Breidafjordur Bay and connects to Flatey on it´s way to the West fjords. A fully restored 2 story house built in 1938, right in the center of Stykkisholmur´s beautiful old Town. The house has a great view over the harbour and Breiðafjörður bay. In the back there is a sheltered deck with seating, a barbecue and a large Hot tub. It is a short walking distance from the port, town pool and all of the great restaurants. Our cozy and private holiday home, Staðarfell, is located in the centre of the beautiful town Stykkishólmur. The house was built in 1903 and has been renovated recent years. This year, 2021, the entrance, bathroom and laundry room were renovated. The house is in a family friendly area and is in walking distance from the grocery store, restaurants, harbour, museums and swimming pool.
