Large detached house 10 min walk from town centre. For 1 person, cost is based on single occupancy of a double/twin room. We welcome larger groups but please note this is not a party house. For larger groups, guests share rooms. We have 7 rooms total, beds for 15 people. Optional English breakfast available but not included in the price. Off road parking for cars & vans in private driveway/cctv. Please don't be discouraged if Airbnb says we are fully booked, we may still have rooms available!

Characterful Victorian house with seaside walks

Private room in a characterful Victorian town house, on a very quiet road, but within a short distance of all facilities. Stylish double room (with additional single sofa bed suitable for a young child). Sole use of separate shower room. Desk area. Breakfast and tea/coffee facilities available in the room. 100m from the main shopping area and many cafés and restaurants. 500m from the beach, and promenade. Perfect for a night or two away. Please be aware that we have friendly cats and a dog.

Really easy to find and up a small track with huge amounts of greenery, trees and wonderful views. Very quiet location, perfect to rest up in. Amazing host who can't do enough for you, fantastic cooked breakfast and classic farmhouse style decor. Only 20 minutes from Ipswich. If you have any questions just ask!

In the Heart of Town, our Victorian house offers a comfortable, good value stay in friendly and quiet surroundings. No.6 is only 5/10 min walk from Coach/ Railway Station, market square/shops/theatre/Abbey gardens, shopping centre Arc and theatre Apex. The Private, cosy room, overlooking the back garden has a private bathroom (with shower, WC and basin)., WiFi, central heating, Free -View TV. Key safe access for late arrivals by front door. LOVELY GEORGIAN HOUSE IN HEART OF VILLAGE

Our comfortable king-size bedroom with own bathroom, in a separate area upstairs in our house, overlooks a lovely walled garden in the heart of one of the most beautiful villages in England. We also have an adjacent smaller twin bedroom which is available for the same group or perfect for families with children (aged 5 upwards). Both bedrooms share the same private bathroom. We are perfectly placed to enjoy Constable country and the coast is nearby too. Come and enjoy the Dedham Vale!

Barn and stable buildings for a rural stay

We would love to welcome you to our quiet little spot in Suffolk and hope you would like to come and enjoy some time here with us. Over the pandemic many changes have taken place and through various circumstances we are now looking to hire out our beautiful barn and bedroom buildings as a self contained unit rather than bed and breakfast accommodation. This does mean that the current set up is a little unique but we hope we can provide guests with a spot to get away and enjoy.

This lovely room has a king-size bed. You have your own front door and own bathroom, SKY T.V, kettle, fridge, toaster and towels . Breakfast items will be left in your room/fridge for you (yogurt, Oats so simple, tea, coffee). Parking is right outside your front door. The room is called 'Squeaky Doo' (my terriers nick name). It's up a private drive with fields around you yet only five minute drive to Haverhill or 20 mins to Cambridge. 1 good dog allowed.

Enjoy a relaxing and restful stay in this beautifully converted little barn, located in the lovely Suffolk countryside on the Shotley peninsula near Woolverstone. Close to the rivers Orwell and Stour and surrounded by many splendid walking opportunities and restored in the grounds of the Red Lion, one of the loveliest restaurants in the area.
