Open the door of this urban cottage and enter a modern, artful & quiet space. Unique ceilings are found throughout, along with other retro touches. Rooms are designed for comfort & relaxation, with cushions galore, a library of books & very high speed internet (800/40+). Make a meal in the fully stocked kitchen or walk just a couple minutes down Main Street to one of the many award-winning restaurants of Park City's Historic District. "The 24 Daly Home" is a thoughtfully renovated 1100 square foot historic home with modern design located right at the top of Main Street. It's a short walk to Old Town's shops, galleries, and restaurants—but the cottage is in a quiet spot. NEW for Summer 2020 ~ The City just installed a Summit Bike Share electric bike station a couple hundred yards from the home (about a 3 minute walk) that gives you access to the electric bike share program anytime in the warmer months. The electric bikes are a great way to explore town. The Main Street Trolley stops about 30-40 steps from the home. It goes up and down Main St and to the Old Town Transit Center, where you can take free buses to all 3 resorts and places like the factory outlet mall, grocery stores, etc. Minimum stays: winter ski season = 5 nights Sundance Film Festival = 9 nights all other = 2 nights The cottage is located at the top of historic Main Street. It's a quick walk to Old Town's shops, galleries & restaurants—but the cottage is in a quiet spot. It's also fun to sit on the front porch in the rocking chairs and chat with hikers and neighbors. The City installed an electric bike station a couple hundred yards from the home (about a 3 minute walk) that gives you access to the electric bike share program anytime in the warmer months. The electric bikes are a great way to explore town.

Located minutes away from Park City ski resort there's very little reason to drive anywhere. Enjoy free shuttle services to ski resorts, restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. The unit comes stocked with everything you'll need to cook during your stay. Flat screen TVs, Washer/Dryer unit, High Speed WI-FI included. The unit is fully equipped with towels, linens, cutlery and cooking utensils. You'll find everything you need to make this condo your home away from home. **Location** Walk to North America's largest Ski resort! We're located at the bottom of Deer Valley Drive. This single family house is in literally the single best location in all of Old Town (perfect for Sundance). You are a 1 minute walk down 5th St to the center of Main St, a 4 minute walk down Park Ave to the Old Town Lift, and a 3 minute walk up the adjacent staircase to Ski Out access. This single family house was recently fully renovated. It features a great room with views of historic Old Town, an open kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a 2-car garage.

Quite country location. Enjoy the fresh air and star filled night skies. Enjoy a day of skiing in Park City or a leisurely walk through the countryside. Weber river is within walking distance and has great fishing year round. Fish or boat on Rockport Reservoir which is just 5 minutes away. Echo Reservoir is also great for fishing and boating which is just 10 minutes away. It's a 13 minute drive to Park City for the Skiing, shops, restaurants, and more.
