All of Ukkohalla's services are within a radius of about 150 m, so you can forget about the car for a whole holiday in the parking lot. From the lounge and terrace view to Syväjärvi. A few minutes' walk will take you to the Sauna World pier in Ukkohalla, where you can get to the wakeboard track in summer and a hole in the ice in winter. The swimming pool is also very close. In the winter, the trail goes right next to the apartment.

On the residential floor, two bedrooms, a toilet, and a kitchen-living room. Double beds in both bedrooms. The windows of the room overlook the lake and ski resort. In addition to a laundry room, sauna, and a separate toilet, the basement has good facilities for storing and drying hobby equipment. In addition, a large loft that accommodates about 6 people: a bed for two, plus mattresses.

Heating is provided by the oven and two stoves. Electricity is produced from solar energy only during the darkest months of charging batteries with an aggregate. Wood heated sauna in the same building. The outside toilet is composted and odourless. Kainuu nature trips rent electric fat bikes, slippers and paddling equipment.
