Cozy loft apartment located in the quiet old fishing village of Listed, 2.5 km from Svaneke. The trip can be walked/cycled along the beautiful coastal path. Ideal as a base to relax before and after the trip goes out on the island. The apartment is 60m2, spread over 2 bedrooms and a large kitchen living room. Bathroom and toilet are on the ground floor. The stairs are relatively steep and the place is therefore not suitable for people with walking disabilities. You are close to the most beautiful bathing spots in the cliffs, local environment, hiking trails and kayak options. You will have the entire first floor apartment to yourself, with its own roof terrace and with a parts courtyard terrace and dinner spot by the field. Are you into charm and summerhouse vibe in an old forge? Nice and cozy decorated old annex for our house, just two minutes from the beach and the harbor. Two rooms + kitchen/living room and bathroom. There are beds for 5, with folding mattresses you can also easily be 6 people. You will share a garden with us where it is possible to barbecue by appointment.
