Cozy tiny house

Treat yourself to stay in this newly built tiny house, in the middle of a peaceful setting close to nature. You live with walking distance to Bokskogen, just outdoor swimming as well as the nice golf course The National. If you want to go to Malmö, the bus stop is only 200 meters away, and if you prefer the bike, there are also nice bike paths. The home has a queen bed in the loft, as well as a pull-out bed that seats two in the living room. There is a beautiful bathroom with shower, as well as a kitchen, where there are both dishwasher, washing machine and fridge.

Newly renovated floor in the basement of the city park. Separate bedroom with double bed, living room w sofa bed. Large bathroom. Part of house with own entrance. Access to the family garden. 5 min walk to Svedala center which among other things offers grocery store, restaurants, pharmacy and library. In summer, there is an outdoor bath in the resort. Communication - By train: Hyllie 15 min, Malmö C 23 min, Kastrup Airport 47 min, Ystad 29 min, Lund 38 min - By car: Malmö Airport 12 min and Copenhagen Airport 32 min.
