Winter carbonate turnaround house in lovely farming environment in Roslagen. With proximity to the sea, forest and lake as well as a smaller community with various shops. The house is close to the main building. Nearby there are farm shops, cafes and restaurants within bicycle distance. In the house there are several tiled ovens, fireplace and wood stove. Large bathroom with shower and vc as well as sauna on the upper floor. The kitchen that is a large charming country kitchen with modern equipment such as integration stovetop, dishwasher, fridge and freezer.

Vargskär is located on Gräsö east side and from here you come directly out to the archipelago and open sea for swimming, sun or maybe a fishing trip. The property is lakefront located with beautiful views over the distance. The bathing jetty and boat are just over 300 metres away. The property consists of a main building of about 60 m2 with two bedrooms, kitchen, large cottage with fireplace as well as bathroom with toilet and shower. In addition, there are two more smaller cottages and in total there are 8 beds. Winter and can be used all year round.

At the back of the cottage, furniture with morning sun. Access to rowing boat and fishing in the lake 200 m away. Small bathplace with jetty by the lake. Berry and mushroom picking around the knot. Båtsmanstorp in rural Roslagen. Close to animals and nature. Gently renovated cottage with a wood stove and a fireplace. Lush, secluded and large garden with many cultural varieties of plants. The nearest lake is Erken where there are several different swimming areas and scenic areas. At the square there is a wood-fired sauna. There are good bus communication to, for example, Stockholm or Grisslehamn for day trips. Norrtälje city is also a nice excursion destination as well.

Charming, newly built house in the countryside in a quiet area by Lake Mälaren. Distance: Sigtuna (4 km by foot/cycle path, 8 km by car). 17 km from Arlanda airport, 40 km to Stockholm city. 3 km to public transport (bus). The cottage is located close to the main building and has its own balcony with lake views. Beautiful surroundings and close to the lake with a swimming area, about 100 meters away. On the property, there is a dog and during summertime there are sheep.

Small cozy guest house on a lush plot. 400 m from the cottage is Lake Mälaren. Here you can swim by a jetty or small beach in the summer and skate in the winter. Close to beautiful nature reserve with barbecue areas and nice forest. The cabin has one room and bathroom. It has a small, but full kitchen with a dishwasher. There is a bed (140 cm) as well as a fold-up guest bed (70 cm). In the bathroom there is washing machine, shower and WC. Sheets and towels are included.

Beach plot in Stenskär

Lovely plot with a great view of a very beautiful bay with its own beach! Watch the sun set over the lake, a wonderful spectacle and rocks right outside the door. During the summer months there is a jetty with a swimming ladder into the water as well as a small rowing boat that provides the opportunity for swimming and fishing in the bay.
