Our balcony room with private shower / toilet has a size of 27 sqm. The bedroom and living room is one room. It is located on the second floor with stunning mountain views. In our separate farmhouse you can enjoy your breakfast ( photo dining area) - does not belong to the apartment! But it's in the same house. Of course the apartment is lockable. There is a common room and a shared kitchen with huge, covered balcony. The house surrounds a beautiful garden with a small pond, which is available to guests for quiet use by arrangement. You will have a room in a typical bavarian house. The house is at the end of a dead end. It´s very calm over there. The bed is 200 x 140 cm. If there is a second guest, I will charge an other 15.—Euro. There are 3 dogs in the house, so you shouldn´t be afraid of dogs or being allergic. They are used to other dogs. To Ammersee you have about 500 meters. If you want to visit Munic. It´s a 1 hour ride by train, or about 45 minutes by car.
