Hello Warmly. The apartment is located in the very center of the city ,but it is located on the side of the backyard, so it is away from the main street. It is a two-bedroom apartment on the ground floor with a kitchenette and a balcony. The area is beautifully landscaped with greenery. Dear guests, welcome to the sunny island of Usedom in Swinemünde. We offer you a newly renovated apartment with 54 sqm and fantastic views of the harbor basin. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with underground parking for your car and an elevator. It has a bedroom, living room and fully equipped kitchen, as well as a bathroom with shower bath and washing machine. We rent out the whole year. We would be very happy about a visit from them.
