NEWLY RENOVATED 2021 With our charming summer house you get one of Kegnæs's finest locations directly on the water, out to the beautiful beach meadow with swimming beach and bathing bridge. The large wooden terrace by the house allows you to find space in the sun at all times of the day, as well as enjoying your morning coffee while the ships pass by on Flensburgfjord. The light, water, and beautiful nature are absolutely magical on this part of Sydals. Walking and biking, fishing, kayaking and dinghy and kitesurfing are popular activities.

Cozy cottage of 86m2 with plenty of space outside and inside. The cottage is non-smoking and located in the area of Hesseløje, by Bøjden in quiet surroundings. There are 3 bedrooms (bed width 180, 140, 120), 1 bathroom, kitchen-living room, living room overlooking the Bay of Helnæs. Covered terrace for rainy days and a large wooden terrace where the sunset can be enjoyed in summer. It is a short distance to a good beach and natural area. Possibility of coastal fishing and kayaking. Firewood for the wood-burning stove is NOT included.

The natural gathering point of the house is the beautiful living room, where the kitchen and living room are united in one. From the living room you access a charming south-east facing terrace with Seaview. The holiday home offers a spacious bedroom with double bed, wardrobes, and a lovely bathroom with shower and sauna. Power, water, and linen package included in price. Lovely bright cottage with kitchen in open connection to the living room, which has a wood-burning stove and exit to a partially covered terrace. The terrace is enclosed, so children and dogs are protected. The house has 3 bedrooms and a sauna. Bathroom with toilet, sink, shower and washing machine. 400 meters to family-friendly beach. Unfortunately, it is not possible to charge an electric car at the house. Nearest barn is 3 km. away

Dejligt lyst sommerhus med køkken i åben forbindelse med stuen, som har brændeovn og udgang til overdækket terrasse. Huset har 3 dejlige soveværelser. Et lille badeværelse med wc, håndvask, bruseniche samt vaskemaskine. Omkring huset er der flere terrasser, så solen kan nydes hele dagen, samt en stor have hvor der er rig mulighed for at slappe af. Sommerhuset ligger på en stor naturgrund ca. 400 meter fra vandet. Nabolaget er roligt, og sommerhuset ligger så der er mulighed for privatliv.

Take a break and relax in this small oasis of peace. Beautiful view over the sea between Als and Fynen. A small house with "HYGGE". BEST FOR 4 (+2) PEOPLE. Beautiful walks are guaranteed. Swimming, paragliding, fishing, near playground. Short walk to the white beach with jetty. 2km to the marina + restaurant (sauna). 5km to shopping. Als offers many experiences, restaurants and shopping opportunities. 1 dog allowed (extra charge). No youth groups. Non-smoking.

Welcome to our farm at the Geltinger Birk, The approx. 18 sqm cottage is located in the garden of our farm in the countryside, not far from the Charlotte mill, a popular base for long walks on the water or through the nature reserve. Architect-designed summerhouse from 2019 directly on the beach. It has peace and quiet and a great view of the water where you can keep up with the changes of nature throughout the day. In the main house there is a bedroom, loft, kitchen, living room and bathroom. Corvid-19. For safety reasons, before and after each visitor will be cleaned and all surfaces disinfected.
