Our beautiful light-filled house is close to everything Newtown has to offer. Minutes from King Street cafes, restaurants, the Union Hotel and St Peters station. We are close to shops, buses, trains, the city & the airport. Our place is good for couples, business travellers and families. During these challenging pandemic times we are ensuring extra cleaning and sanitising; including all bedding, surfaces, and common touch areas such as switches, remotes, doors, handles and condiment bottles.

Massive Warehouse Loft Apartment

Earlier this year, Marrickville was voted the 10th coolest neighbourhood in the world by Time Out. And this would be the coolest pad in that neighbourhood. It's a big space on the first floor of an old warehouse. Downstairs is a working art studio - The Bakehouse Studio Marrickville run by Lisa Hoelzl. The guests who love our place the most are the ones who like the idea of staying in a warehouse flat on top of a studio and engaging with our odd extended household and neighbourhood.

Small private cabin, separate entrance in the heart of Marrickville, inner west Sydney. Own bathroom, basic cooking facilities, fridge, private outdoor courtyard. Very comfortable double bed. Very Zen....Perfect for single or couple for a short term stay. If you need your luggage dropped prior the check-in time of 10am or on checkout at 11am, we am happy to store this for you in my adjacent property. Free all day 24/7 street parking on the opposite side of the street.

Our boutique self contained apartments are right in the heart of trendy Marrickville , but with new double glazed doors and windows the spaces are quiet inside.
