Haus Heising - Appartement Ernst

Built in 1907, the "Haus Heising" convinces with its old building charm in the very best island location. On the heart of Friedrichstrasse . On foot, everything Westerland offers can be reached in less than a few ; ) walking distance. The cafe (Diavolo), the baker are downstairs at the house or right next to it. To the main beach it is only 300m . The small apartment is on the 2nd floor is newly renovated, furnished with a small kitchen and bathroom with a large shower and is looking forward to the first guests .

The super bright 1-room apartment is located in Wenningstedt directly on the sea in the apartment house Dünenhof for Kronprinzen. There you will find everything you need: a large, mostly wind-protected balcony, a sweet kitchen and the most beautiful beach right behind the house. You can't stay closer to the sea! The house is situated in Wenningstedt on the west beach, the red cliff is within easy reach. On the promenade you can enjoy a sundowner, buy a fish sandwich or walk to Westerland.

Our bright, sunny apartment is in the center of Westerland on Sylt. From the highest balcony of the Hanseatic house, you can look far over the rooftops to the sea, as our apartment is located at an airy height on the top floor. Everything you need, train station, supermarket, bakery and co., is very close - of course, this also applies to the beach! (5 min walk) All utilities such as booking fees, linen, towels and final cleaning are included in the price.

The apartment was renovated in 2019 and impresses with friendly colors and bright country-style furniture. It has a separate entrance in front of which a car can be accommodated directly. Inside, warm light with ceiling spots, underfloor heating in all rooms, and loving decor. Both on warm summer days (separate 10 sqm west terrace), as well as on cold winter days (cozy bathtub, smart TV, selection of Blu-Rays, books) you can spend a great vacation.
