I asked and next to the university in the lush landscape of Puijonlaakso, a new curtain triangle with a glazed balcony and sauna. A parking space with a pole next to the entrance. Step-free access to the apartment. Downtown Kuopio is 2.5km away. In front of the apartment, there is a bus stop with two lines in 10 minutes to the center of Kuopio. From the apartment, you can easily access the Puijonlaakso hiking trails, along which you continue to Puijo. Also next door to the beautiful Frog Pond and cozy park area with beaches.

New 2020 bright small one-bedroom apartment on the 11th floor of the tower building with a glazed balcony and great views to Puijo and Kallavesi. The apartment has cooling ventilation, new furnishings, and a high quality level of equipment. In the bedroom, the blackout curtains. The apartment is in a tower house built into a new travel center. The modernly furnished bright apartment is located on the 9th floor of the tower house completed in the spring of 2022 with great views over the city to Kallavesi. The market or harbor is less than a mile away, so the city center and harbor are just around the corner with its diverse restaurants, shops, and events. On the ground floor of the house there is a K-Supermarket, lunch and fast food restaurants, a barber shop and a florist. Next to the house is Kuopio's P-Matka Center with train and bus station.
