Villa Bird - Haven Lake Village

Waan je in exotische sferen in Haven Lake Villa Bird. De Villa is geïnspireerd door de IJsvogel, die je langs de oever, overhet water ziet vliegen. Het blauw van de rug en oranje van de borst van de vogel zien we terug in het interieur. Dankzij de basis van aardtinten gepaard met rijke stoffen heeft Villa Bird een zeer warme ambiance. In deluxueuze woonkamer komen klassiek en modern overigens zonder enkele moeite samen. LIVING De woonkamer is aan alle kanten voorzien van grote glazen schuifdeuren, waardoor u een spectaculair uitzicht heeft op één van de mooiste wateren en natuurgebieden van Nederland. De villa wordt omringd door een hardhouten terras van 80 m2, waar u zo van af springt om een duik in het water te nemen. Het terras beschikt over comfortabele loungestoelen om te zonnebaden en een grote eettafel om met het hele gezin aan het water te dineren. Daarnaast kunt u in het design buitenbad heerlijk ontspannen terwijl u de zon langzaam in het water ziet zakken. Na een dag in de buitenlucht kunt u heerlijk binnen relaxen in de villa, die uitgerust is met een ultra moderne keuken, kookeiland en luxe zithoek geheel ontworpen door Loggere Wilpower. In de villa hangt een prettige natuurlijke geur door de huisparfum van Marie-Stella Maris. BEDROOM Ervaar gemak en comfort in de twee ruime slaapkamers. De masterbedroom beschikt over een groot kingsize bed met duurzaam linnengoed dat zowel bijdraagt aan uw nachtrust als een schoner milieu. In de andere slaapkamer staat tevens een groot kingsize bed. Tevens is het mogelijk om een kinderbedje in de woning neer te zetten; geschikt voor babies/peuters. Net zoals de woonkamer en de keuken, heeft u ook vanuit de slaapkamers uitzicht over het water en direct toegang tot het buitenterras. BATHROOM De masterbedroom beschikt over een prachtige ensuite badkamer, met een dubbele wastafel en een spectaculaire dubbele regendouche inclusief glazen plafond. Zo blijft u ook als u binnen bent, verbonden met buiten. Voor de shampoo, conditioner en body&handwash wordt gebruik gemaakt van de natuurlijke producten van het merk Marie-Stella Maris. SERVICE Het service niveau bij Haven Lake VIllage is hoog. U boekt een villa waarbij extra aandacht is om het verblijf zo prettige mogelijk te maken. Zo wordt de villa twee keer per week schoongemaakt en wordt uw beddengoed gewassen. In de villa is er per persoon een handoekenpakket aanwezig met twee grote en een middelgrote handoek(en). Ook deze handoeken worden twee keer per week verwisseld. Indien u meer handoeken wenst te gebruiken kunt u dit bij ons aangeven.

Welcome to our holiday Villa on a beautiful Recreation Park in Sint Maarten NH. With a lovely heated outdoor pool, playground, trampoline and a beautiful Parkhuys with billiards. At 15 min. drive from the beach, sea and dunes. The cottage has everything your heart desires. Downstairs there is a dining and sitting area. With a beautiful luxury kitchen. Outside you can relax on the sunny terrace or lounge area. The 1st floor has 2 large bedrooms, a spacious bathroom, and a 2nd separate toilet.

Strandvilla Zilt&Zelig is located in the center of Egmond aan Zee, on a private dune, directly on the beach and is therefore the ideal place for a blissful holiday for 1 to 4 families at the same time. All luxury is present: fine boxsprings, XXL jacuzzi (so large that it is actually a pool), sauna, family outdoor shower (warm), cooking island, beach items, etc. There are 13 beds but we rent to max 8 adults (so enough beds for kids). You will find peace here, so we do not rent to young people.

Beautiful, new (2020) thatched villa with water on two sides and private dock. 4 double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. Air conditioning . Huge terrace on the water, partly covered and heated. Fireplace, both inside and outside. Large open kitchen with all appliances (2 refrigerators, combi steamer, dishwasher, ice maker, Nespresso, filter coffee machine, etc.). Group location 7-16 pers, 7 persons is minimum to stay. You pay per person. Renovated authentic large country house 1907 in Amsterdam Lake district, Loosdrecht. Surrounded by beautiful lakes, woods, countryside. Close to city life 30 min from Amsterdam center and airport. Trainstation 10 min, taxi, Uber, busstop in front of house, 2 shopping centers 5 min by car, market 10 min. The farmhouse offers generous space for 10 guests, in the house you will experience a pleasant atmosphere, large windows overlooking a beautiful garden. Outside is a cozy dining table, for the kids there is a large trampoline. The house is within walking distance of downtown with shopping and restaurants. The train station is 1 km away. In half an hour you will be in Amsterdam by train. Within 20 minutes, you can reach the beach by bike. Groups of young people under 20 are not allowed.

Vacation behind the dunes!

Relax and slow down in this peaceful, stylish space. At the very back of the Villaparc Duynopgangh in Julianadorp you will find our vacation home. Overlooking the dunes and the bulb fields, where the swans in the ditch swim past in summer. We like to come here for years with our children and rent out our house every once in a while. You will also find private items such as a bollard cart, games, bikes, body boards and many books. Feel free to enjoy our nice holiday home.

Modern water villa; staying on the water

Relax in this unique and fantastic split-level house: lots of light, space and cozy outdoor terraces. From the platforms you jump into the water, or you sail away with the supboard or the rowing boat! From the large kitchen you look over the water. With a staircase down you enter the living room where it is wonderful to live and you are on the ground floor with the water. A level below are the bathroom and bedrooms and you stand "eye to eye" with the water.
