This small cabin is across the street from the beach! It’s 100ft from the local brewery, and if beer is not your jam-you can head over to Las Panchitas to have a margarita on the patio (just a stones throw away). You'll love the private hot tub and urban cabin vibe. We are available for 30 night minimum stays most of the time, and nightly or weekly during the holidays and summer peak season. We have beds and bedding for 4 people in two beds. SLT Permit #012178, 12% occupancy tax for stays shorter than 30 days.

Our place is close to skiing at Kirkwood, Sierra, Heavenly (all within 30 minutes or less). A 15 minute drive (depending on traffice) will take you to Lake Tahoe for summer on the water. Trails, sledding, hiking, mountain biking or quiet relaxation in the woods; property backs up to National Forest. You’ll love our place because you'll feel comfortable and right at home! Our home has recently been remodeled. Our place is good for couples and families (with kids).

It has 2 bedrooms, with 3 beds that have memory foam mattress toppers, the second bedroom has an additional door going outside. Our kitchen has all the modern conveniences with tea and coffee. The living area has WIFI, a 52" smart TV, a Kenwood sound system, cozy furnishings. The charming grounds have glorious gardens and seating to relax and enjoy the scenery.
