Newly constructed architectural wonder! This 3 bed 3 bath towers 3 stories tall with a rooftop patio complete with full bar, mini fridge, and a 75 inch flat screen. The interior design is nothing short of artistic. Each bed and bath carries its own style staying true to its lux cool white base and a sexy black trim. This space was made to entertain. There were no limits designing and decorating this masterpiece which was specifically created for short term rentals with a focus on rooftop events!

Eclectic Midtown home by Whole Foods near I-10

An eclectic home away from home. Diverse ideas and style from a broad range of sources and millennia. If you thrive on creativity, diversity and a bit of thought provoking conversation , you may love this house. This is not the Holiday Inn. Expect the unexpected. Located in a quiet neighborhood and the middle of town. The house has been remodeled and I am working on a carport with a solar panel roof. There is some construction happening outside though not while guests are present.

The "tiny house" was a part of Karen's fine arts studio. Inside you will be surprised and enlightened by all of the amenities. First, a trundle bed that also serves as a couch, kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and a toaster. There is a private enclosed shower fully equipped with necessities. A separate nicely decorated bathroom fits just right. Finally, available is an iron, ironing board, office desk with a comfortable chair and a wall-mounted television.

Lovely, private townhome, completely renovated, close and convenient location to all amenities in Tallahassee. No stairs, with easy access. Private parking for 2 cars. As the owner of a commercial cleaning corporation, we have implemented all necessary measures to make sure the space is properly disinfected after each and every guest. There is no catering/commercial food prep allowed from this unit, as it will overwhelm the space. No violations tolerated.
