This waterfront property comes with a large deck, private dock and floating dock steps from the house. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths / a very open kitchen and living area. Master Bedroom with doors to the deck. Outdoor furniture and lounge chairs. Screened in porch with table and chairs. The deck is new February 2023. We have renovated the half bath and new sewage system. New boat house and pier 11/2023

Little Lake Getaway *pet friendly*

Relax with the whole family at this affordable peaceful lake getaway! Our home is a 7 minute walk to the community boat docks. There are 3 with “KBE Private Property” signs & a small beach area. We are 45min from Auburn University & about a 10 min boat or car ride to the Social & Chuck’s Pizza which have delicious food and live music. ***guests must click “1 pet” On the reservation if bringing any. Convenient to shopping, restaurants, marinas etc. and approximately 35 minutes from Jordan-Hare Stadium.

This home is like being at a "little resort"! It includes the main house with 3BR/2BA, a Guest House with bed, bath, kitchen and laundry. The outdoor areas offer multiple areas to cook out, hang out, watch multiple football games and swim in the pool or lake and a half bath accessible from poolside. Lakeside you will find a covered boat lift for guest (one for the owner). Looking to get a little workout? Take the paddle boat out for a short tour! So much to enjoy and do!!!

There are many outdoor areas like the gazebo, two docks, fire pit, and a floating dock. You'll love the coziness of the large fireplace and the open floor plan with high ceilings. You're 5 minutes from Children's Harbor and 10 minutes from Catherine's Market and The Springhouse. Make sure to make a reservation for Springhouse.
