Constructed in 2021 using some materials recovered from the original 1885 house it has a large open plan living area, balcony and alfresco, backyard and front yard space (sorry no pets). Close to towns of Nagambie, Avenel and Euroa. Opposite rail line and close to local businesses the Rockery and Longwood Community Centre, local wineries Mitchellton, Tabilk, RPL, Fowle’s, Hide and Seek and Maygars.

We are located 5 mins from the start of the rail trail, our property overlooks the Tallarook ranges with spectacular mountain views, explore local wineries and markets or try your lucky getting yabbies from our dams, enjoy seasonal fruit from our orchard, Darryl may even do a camp oven meal if requested. We are also only 10 mins to Broadford MX and road racing track, 12 mins to International Go Cart track in Puckapunyal, Goulbourn river is only 10 min drive.
