The penthouse is on the 3rd floor of the family home,it is very comfortable and intimate,the rooms are spacious,clean and bright. You can enjoy a private outdoor terrace of about 70 meters. It is new and its decoration is rural; it has a ceramic stove,washing machine, refrigerator, microwave oven, blender, iron, hair dryer,fan, clothesline, wifi, umbrella and sunshade for the beach and PARABòLICA ANTENNA. It has a lot of natural light in addition to good ventilation in all rooms. Free parking spaces.

We were very doubtful about where to establish our residence, if by the Atlantic swells or rather by the coniferous forest on the skirts of Teide. Being fanatics of nature and sports, no matter if it's trekking, cycling, paragliding, golf or windsurfing we decided we would rather stick to the middle road, and in our search we bumped into San Miguel, a charming small town, away from the hustle and off the beaten track, still all amenities a short walk away. We surely found the perfect balance.

Being fans of nature and sport, whether hiking, cycling, paragliding, golf, surfing, kite or windsurfing, we did not know very well where to settle, if next to the Atlantic Ocean or on the contrary close to the forest crown in the foothills of Teide. In our search we came across San Miguel, a small town with a lot of charm, away from the hustle and bustle, but with all the services at hand. Now with perspective we are sure we have found the perfect balance.
