Our rooms offer a beautiful view of the mountains. Located in between Eagle Nest Lake state Park and Cimarron Canyon State Park there is an abundance of outdoor adventures to be enjoyed. In the winter guests can head to one of the three ski resorts located within an hour or try their hand at some ice fishing.

Enjoy 3 acres of peace and quiet just 2 miles from the Kit Carson National forest and 5 minutes from Taos Plaza. This is an historic property close to nature. We aim to provide quiet, calming, and meditative rooms used mainly for sleeping. Please note, there is no on-site staff. There are no indoor common areas, no microwaves, and no TVs in the rooms. The pool area is reserved for Retreat Rentals, but we hope you will enjoy your room, the fire pit, and the grounds.

These rooms have one bedroom with a queen bed, a separate kitchen/living area with a futon. These rooms are ground floor just steps away from Alpines private park with river access. No Trailer Parking: Alpine Lodge no longer allows trailers on property, that includes loading and unloading vehicles. Any guests traveling with trailers must use Red River's public parking areas for parking, loading, and unloading vehicles from trailers.

The curved kiva shape of the Taos Pueblo king room features a high ceiling and radiating vigas that come together around a stained glass piece depicting cottonwood leaves over the bed.
