Taupo Acacia Bay Haven, BEST amazing lake views.

Location!!Location!!Location!! Our house has extensive, close stunning lake views,only 8 minutes (7 kms) drive into Taupo town. A car is necessary as we’re NOT in town!Clean, comfortable, private, peaceful 3 bedroom house surrounded by trees & bush and not in busy suburbia. Sleeps 4 unless a request for 5 is made which involves an extra charge. Just across the road from the lake and 2 Bays. New ensuite bathroom and heat pump/air conditioner and new 55” Sony TV. We’ve had many return guests.

The Bothy: apartment-style homestay

The Bothy is a self-contained and independent unit of Belinda and Hugh's lovely home, but has the same fantastic views of the lake and the mountains as their own sitting room. It has a small kitchen so you can be as independent as you wish, and a comfy lounge with "that" view! The main bedroom has a king bed, but there are two single beds and a small child-sized bed in a mezzanine loft (with pull-out ladder access) for the family, and a pull-out couch which makes into a comfy bed for one extra.

French Style Cottage

Beautiful cottage on a private fenced section. Has a wellness room with infra red sauna. 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed the other has a single bed. The cottage suits a couple and a third person. Off street parking at the back of the house, plenty of room to park a boat. No gate over driveway. Small front lawn with a lavender garden and view of the lake from the front deck. Large living room with french doors to deck. A beautiful space with a healing energy, perfect spot to relax and unwind.

Sunny downstairs apartment with two queen bedrooms, both with private ensuites, a kitchenette/laundry (no stove or oven) and lounge/games room, with table tennis, and an outdoor BBQ with hotplate Own entrance & all separate to our main house upstairs. It is modern, light and spacious with quality fittings and linen and off street parking. Boating, fishing, golf courses, hiking and mountain biking are all nearby with amazing restaurants and cafes . Ideal for one or two couples and families.

Our home sits high on a hill with amazing views over Lake Taupo and the surrounding countryside. This is a cosy, warm apartment attached to our own home in a peaceful and private cul de sac in Two Mile Bay. Only a 2 minute stroll to the lake edge with great restaurants, cafes & water activities close by. A comfy home away from home for your relaxing Taupo visit with free WIFI. # Please note there is a 2 night minimum stay for peak periods (including public holidays) and 1 night bookings on Friday and Saturday nights will only be accepted either on the day or possibly the day before.

Cottage Lane close to Town

A private entrance leads upstairs to a light airy and sunny bedroom and ensuite. Views of the lake from the front window. Parking right outside the door, walk 750meters to town to enjoy breakfast at one of the many cafes. Ski slopes are just over an hour away. Fridge, kettle, microwave, tea and coffee making facilities, crockery, cutlery,wine glasses, chopping board and sharp knife . Iron and ironing board. Beach towels for a dip in the lake. Washing machine and dryer on site.

This is a pretty little self contained unit. Ideal for couples but we could add a portacot. 2 mins walk to the lake for swimming, 20 minutes easy walk to town. Basic accommodation, with tiny bathroom - shower toilet & little basin. Kitchen suitable for coffee toast etc with a microwave. SMART TV for Netflix. Gorgeous view of marina.
