Situated in the perfect location with Lake Te Anau only a 5 minute walk away, our warm and sunny house is the ideal spot for a relaxing break away. Spectacular lake and mountain views! Being right on the lakefront, across the road is the Lake 2 Lake cycle track and lake edge. Centrally located - 8 minute walk to the town centre. Entire house and section with off-street parking and garage. While this is an older architecturally designed home, it has been tastefully redecorated and modernised. Double glazed windows have been added in some areas, a heat pump (also works as air-conditioning) and painted throughout.
