NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70sqm attic apartment in the center of Rosenheim. In the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous central and railway station proximity (10 minutes walk), the spacious living room, 1 private parking + public parking in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state garden display area.

Lovingly and newly furnished apartment in Gmund / Moosrain. The apartment is in a quiet location, away from the hustle and bustle and yet only 3.5 km away from Baden im Tegernsee. The Bavarian Oberlandbahn (BOB) runs once an hour from the "Moosrain" stop, which is only 2 minutes away, to Tegernsee or to Munich. The apartment, with separate entrance, is located on the 1st floor and has been newly and modernly furnished. All with great attention to detail. A parking space is available in front of the house.

Our with love, newly renovated apartment, is idyllically located in the small settlement Wachlehen about 3 km from the city of Miesbach. It is located on the ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen, an open living and dining area with access to the west terrace. The two bedrooms have a box spring bed. Ideal for a Kl. Family or 2 friends. To get to the 2nd bedroom you have to go through the bathroom. Not really bad, but I would like to point it out.

The room in a renovated old building from 1933 can be reached via several unequal stairs, is located in the center of Tegernsee and yet quiet. It is especially suitable for those who are on a hike, bike ride, wedding or transit. You are in this cozy room with integrated new bathroom for you. The mattress of the 1.40 m x 2 m bed has been replaced and renewed. There is no TV consciously. Enjoy your stay overlooking the lake and mountains.
