We offer you an apartment in Berlin-Friedrichshagen directly at the Müggelspree about 500 m from Lake Müggel. The apartment offers space for 2 people with child. Pets are allowed. The apartment consists of a large room with 6 windows that allow for a beautiful view. The kitchenette with dish-washer, coffee maker, microwave invites you to cook. In addition, we offer you a sitting area with TV, a separate workspace with desk, as well as internet access. The bedroom with double bed (bed linen & towels provided) is under the roof. The apartment contains a modern shower room. After a 5-minute walk, they are already in the historic Bölschestraße, which invites you to a cozy stroll with over 100 shops, a cinema (in summer also open-air cinema) and restaurants. A quick supply of food is secured with supermarkets within walking distance. By bike you can explore the surrounding area or start a small or large excursion through the Spreetunnel. At Müggelsee you have the possibility to explore and enjoy the surroundings from the water with various motor ships. With the tram you can get into the old town of Köpenick in about 15 minutes, where you can visit the famous Rathaus of Köpenick with a Ratskeller and the completely renovated castle with current art exhibitions. From Friedrichshagen S-Bahn station (15 minutes walk or tram) you can immerse yourself in the big city hustle and bustle of Berlin after 30 minutes.

This is a classic rbnb. We rent our private spaces to private persons. Not to companies and fitters - please distance yourself from bookings that are not for you. Our holiday apartment is located right at the lake, is refurbished and equipped to a very high standard (about 90 square meters). There is a large double bed (200 x 200) and a sofa bed separated only by a cabinet sliding door. (No noise insulation - that's why it's noisy) Offer for boats by arrangement. It is 500 m to the Berlin village sign. Wannsee station 10 minutes by bus, and from there you are in 17 minutes at the main station (Berlin). Please do not bring dogs. On TV, there's an Amazon fire TV stick with movies in German and English. Small and colorful

The Vierseitenhof from 1890 still serves as a farm property. Only the street-side residential building is used for living. Our upstairs guest apartments are now supposed to create the balancing act between old and new. Our holiday bungalows B1 and B2 are located on a big, quiet property on the banks of the Müggelspree. Both are identical in terms of floor plan and equipment and meet above average high standards. They are easily accessible by car and public transport. Lots of parking at the property. Various shops and restaurants nearby. For relaxation and sports, garden furniture, play equipment, bikes and paddle boats are free to use. And Berlin City is very close!

Our cottage is located 12 km south of Lutherstadt Wittenberg. The old, approximately 90 m2 house has been lovingly renovated by us and the character is largely preserved. On the lower floor there is a kitchen-living room with seating for 6 people, a bathroom with a bathtub and a living room, on the upper floor two separate bedrooms and a toilet. The house is located on the same property as our residential building, so we are available for questions.

Former artist's house near Berlin: Our house with a large garden,was preserved in the early 30s (URL HIDDEN) almost in its original state and exudes a bright and warm atmosphere through the use of ecological building materials and colors. The furnishings are basic and personal. A few minutes' walk from the house is our lake with 2 very nice swimming spots. The Spreewald Biosphere Reserve,the Schlaubetal and Berlin are about 1 hour away.
