Green Mountain Site

In our space, you have privacy, because in the place where the house is located, there is only one chalet. We live below what doesn't take away from guests privacy. We provide bathroom towels and bed linens. Sleeps maximum: 3. We provide a single mattress for the third guest along with bed linens and bath towels as well! In our kitchen there are utensils, sandwich maker, blender, two-bit stove with an oven, a mini fridge, a refrigerator that is on the outside near the barbecue and also a fondue pan. We also provide salt, sugar and coffee powder and detergent. In our place we also have water for sale and others like chocolate bar and marshimelow The tv does not have open channels only Netflix, Amazon, globoplay, YouTube… We also have basket, towel and utensils to make pique-nique. Quiet neighborhood, few homes around making the environment more private and quiet. Road is dirt to the location depending on the season on the road there are some holes due to the rain. Any car can access the site. It is approximately 8 min of dirt road. The location is for integration with the nature. Frequent doubts: - We don't have air conditioning - We don't have a hairdryer - The chalet is not surrounded around it, only around the property who takes your Pet needs to keep an eye on it. - Any type of car arrives on-site. - It has restaurants, market and bakery nearby (approximately 10 min) - Uber arrives on-site, it's just not possible to stay mainly overnight because Uber on-site is limited.

Ideal for family groups, with maximum capacity of 16 guests including children from 3 years old. Only one pet is allowed per group. Situated 8 km from the city, it offers a safe environment with cameras in the common and homemade areas on site. Full area for barbecue, sauna, swimming pool, video game, geek, soccer field and half basketball court. It is not in a condominium, the use is exclusive to the guest. Nice house, close to the ferinha and the college

Take the whole family to this great place with plenty of room for fun. Well-located backyard, close to the flea market, college, easy access to buses arriving from RJ or leaving for RJ, in the backyard fits several cars,near the Vila St. Gallen, bakeries, drugstores, supermarkets, easy access to the Serra dos Órgãos national park, excellent location in the neighborhood of Alto, and can be walked to several places. There is the possibility of negotiating the check-in and check-out time

My coziness in the Serra de Teresópolis.

Relax with the whole family in this quiet, simple, cozy, and well-spirited home. It is not a condominium, but a very large space with three separate and independent houses being part of the outdoor area, shared. As we are neighbors of the National Park, the visit of wild animals typical of the region may appear, but they are not bad. We respect the human being regardless of their race, creed, or affective guidance. This is a peaceful place and all the good people are welcome!!

Enjoy this home with family and/or friends! House surrounded by backyard with trees and plants; birds always present there; the singing of birds is heard at different times of the day. Gourmet area equipped with barbecue, wood stove, stone oven, sink, table and chairs. Bathroom, outdoor shower and jacuzzi. To rest and fraternize in the middle of a little piece of the Atlantic Forest. Rustic construction with 4 floors; not suitable for people with limited mobility.

A beautiful mountain house, with garden garden, swimming pool, soccer field Exclusive barbecue for guests 10 minutes from downtown, 7 minutes from the bus station. Residential place. Outdoor area is shared with family. Our space is ample, sunny, and very good for people.
