Pretty 3 bedroom fisherman’s cottage in Southwold

We’ve successfully rented out our holiday home for many years. It’s perfectly placed for the town & beach but tucked away from the main roads and an ideal location to explore southwold. We have a sunny courtyard with bbq & seating area where you can also park your car. Downstairs an open plan lounge kitchen/diner with seperate utility leading to a single bedroom. Upstairs two double/twin bedrooms, family bathroom and en suite to the middle bedroom with sliding panels alowing a lot more privacy.

Ann Page Cottage is a pretty pink cottage, built in 1830, but renovated, decorated and furnished to twenty first century standards. It is situated in the quieter end of the High street near to Aldeburgh’s popular shops and restaurants and is just moments from the beach. We now have a NESPRESSO Machine. We have BT WIFI and a 40inch smart TV Don’t forget that the seafront beach, and seashore are all FREE. Parking in Aldeburgh is FREE. Country walks and many of the local attractions are FREE.

Westdene, a unique family bucket and spade cottage

Our family has been holidaying at Westdene for four generations and it just gets better every year! Whatever time you choose to visit this unique part of Suffolk, there is a never-ending list of things to do. We have Netflix or Monopoly for the few rainy days and bikes and outdoor table tennis for sunny days. The house feels so spacious, but you will feel instantly at home. We are five minutes walk from the sea; two minutes from the pub; four minutes from the boating lake and golf club.

The coastal retreat is tucked away at the bottom of a beautiful garden. It has its own parking space. It is the perfect mix of quiet retreat and town life. Sea view from sitting room. A stylish, spacious, airy and deceptively private house sized flat - perfectly located in central Aldeburgh. Close to the ancient Moot Hall and approx a 60 second walk to the beach, boat pond and 2 mins to one of the best fish and chip shops in the area, the Co-op (conveniently open long hours) and other great shops and restaurants. Late check out on a Sunday is available - nothing worse than not having a full day on a Sunday.
